For my garden/little nursery a FEMALE (west-european) assistant to help taking care of the plants , seedlings, etc. Preferably speaking Dutch/Flemish.
To start with 2 hours a day, maybe more later.
Knowledge of gardening is a pre, but if not, you can learn.
